1. Introduction
TCG Holo Binder is an independent mobile application developed to digitally organize, store, and manage physical collectible cards. User privacy and the protection of personal data are among the basic principles of the application.
2. Scope
This Policy covers user accounts, card scanning features, OCR processes, photo access, iCloud synchronization, Plus membership, and in-app purchase processes.
3. Data Collected
The application may process account information, card photos added by the user, binder records, notes, showcases, surplus lists, and application preferences to the extent necessary to provide the service.
The application may also process card photos added by the user, card images saved to the gallery, binder records, showcases, surplus lists, user notes, profile information, application preferences, language and theme selections, purchase and slot verification information, and technical data required for supported features to operate.
Location Data
The application may request location permission for certain features, such as community features like Nearby. Location data will only be used with the user’s explicit permission and for the purpose of providing the relevant feature. The user may change or remove location permission at any time from device settings.

The application may request location data with the user’s explicit permission for Nearby, collector discovery, surplus card sharing, or similar community features. Location data is used only to provide the relevant feature. The user may change or remove location permission at any time from device settings.
If the user enables sharing features, their binder, showcase, surplus list, certain card information, approximate location, or profile information may become visible to other users. This visibility is provided only within the scope of features enabled by the user.
4. Purposes of Processing
Collected data may be used to manage the account, display the collection, perform OCR card recognition, provide iCloud synchronization, verify purchased rights, provide technical support, and ensure service security.
5. Camera and Photo Access
The camera is used only when the user starts card scanning. Photo library access is requested only so that images explicitly selected by the user can be processed. The application does not automatically scan, analyze, or copy other photos or videos on the device.
6. OCR and Image Analysis
Card recognition is performed through OCR and image analysis technologies. Since results are generated automatically, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness is not guaranteed.
Card photos and other supported images uploaded by the user may be viewed, processed, and analyzed for card recognition, collection management, operation of application features, synchronization, and sharing features enabled by the user. These processes are performed only for the purpose of providing the service.

7. iCloud Synchronization
When iCloud synchronization is enabled, supported collection data may be synchronized between devices signed in with the same Apple account. iCloud is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple’s relevant service terms.
8. Authentication
The application may offer account creation options through Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or e-mail. Authentication information is used only to create and protect the account and to associate purchased rights.
Notifications
The application may request notification permission for account, security, synchronization, purchase, support, collection reminder, feature announcement, or campaign notifications. Users may change notification preferences from device settings or in-app settings.
9. Purchases and Plus Membership
In-app purchases are carried out through the authorized app store infrastructure. The developer does not collect or store credit card or payment information.
10. Data Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are applied to protect personal data. However, no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Data Retention Periods
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. After that period, data is deleted, anonymized, or retained in accordance with applicable law.
Legal Requests
The developer may share user accounts, uploaded content, card records, transaction records, technical records, location information, or other relevant data with authorized judicial or administrative authorities to the extent permitted by applicable law when duly requested. Such sharing is performed only to comply with legal obligations.
12. User Rights
Under applicable law, users may exercise rights such as accessing, correcting, deleting, objecting to the processing of, and other rights relating to their personal data.
13. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account through the in-app account deletion feature or official support channels. Except for records that must legally be retained, personal data that can be deleted will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period. Account deletion does not automatically remove purchase records linked to the app store account.
14. Children’s Privacy
TCG Holo Binder is generally developed for collection enthusiasts. The application does not knowingly aim to collect personal data from children who are specially protected under applicable law. If such a situation is detected, necessary actions will be taken without delay.
15. Third-Party Services
The application may use third-party service providers for authentication, cloud synchronization, in-app purchases, crash analysis, or similar technical services. Use of these services is subject to the providers’ own privacy policies.
16. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated due to the development of the application, addition of new features, or legal obligations. Important changes will be announced through the application or official communication channels where appropriate.

Any questions, requests, or personal data applications regarding this Privacy Policy may be sent through the support section in the application or the developer’s official communication channels.
18. Effectiveness
This Privacy Policy becomes effective on the date of publication and replaces previous versions from that date.
Account Deletion and Retained Rights
This permanently deletes all binders, decks, card scans, notes, images, settings, OCR data, and all scan-related information. Your free slot allowance restarts at 20. Purchase records, subscription rights, and information that must legally be retained may be stored on our secure servers, Apple iCloud services, and/or secure cloud infrastructure we use. When you sign in again, only purchased rights are restored.
