Plus Subscription Terms

1. Purpose
This document regulates the usage principles, user rights, and obligations related to the TCG Holo Binder Plus subscription.
2. Plus Service
Plus is an optional paid subscription service offered within the application. Benefits provided under the subscription may vary depending on the current version of the application.
3. Purchase
The Plus subscription is purchased through the authorized app store. Payment, billing, and subscription management are handled by the relevant store. The developer does not access or store payment card information.
4. Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the rules of the relevant app store. The user may disable automatic renewal from store account settings. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current subscription period.
5. Plus Benefits
Plus members may use the additional features specified in the application. Features may be updated due to technical developments, security requirements, or service changes.
6. Slot Rights and Permanent Purchases
Benefits provided under the Plus subscription and permanently purchased slots or other digital products are different. Permanent products are separately stated on the purchase screen and may be restored to the extent permitted by the relevant app store.
Monthly slot rights provided under the Plus subscription are valid only for the relevant subscription period. Unused monthly slot rights do not carry over to the next period and cannot be converted to cash. Permanently purchased slot rights are outside this rule.
7. Refunds
Refund requests for subscriptions and in-app purchases are subject to the refund policies of the app store where the purchase was made. The developer cannot directly refund payments collected by the store.
8. Fair Use
Plus features are provided only for personal use. If automation, unauthorized sharing, or activities that compromise security are detected, the relevant benefits may be temporarily restricted.
9. Service Changes
TCG Holo Binder is a continuously developed application. Features within Plus may be updated, rearranged, or removed for technical, operational, or legal reasons. Important changes will be announced to users where appropriate.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Plus subscription provides access to certain features. Interruptions caused by third-party services, app store infrastructure, or the user’s device may be outside the developer’s direct control.
11. Contact and Effectiveness
These terms become effective on the date of publication. Questions and requests regarding Plus membership may be sent through the support section in the application or official communication channels.
