End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License
TCG Holo Binder grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application for personal and non-commercial purposes. This license may be used only in accordance with applicable law and this agreement.
2. Scope of License
The license is valid within the authorized app store account from which the application is obtained and on devices permitted by the store. All intellectual property rights in the application belong to the developer or the relevant rights holders.
3. Prohibited Uses
The user may not reverse engineer the application, attempt to extract source code, reproduce, rent, sell, sublicense, bypass security mechanisms, or use it for unlawful purposes.
4. Independent Application
TCG Holo Binder is not the official application of any collectible card game. It does not provide gameplay, digital card generation, or booster-opening simulation; it is developed only for managing physical collections.
5. Updates
The developer may update the application for security, performance, and new features. Some functions may be available only in current versions.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The application’s software, design, user interface, logo, texts, and other original elements are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. The user is granted only the usage license specified in this agreement; no ownership right is transferred.
7. Third-Party Content
Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, and other card game brand names, images, and other intellectual property rights belong to their respective rights holders. These names are used only to identify compatibility and supported collection types.
8. Termination of License
If the user materially violates this agreement, the developer may suspend or terminate the license. The user may end use of the license at any time by removing the application from the device.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided as is. The developer does not guarantee absolute accuracy or uninterrupted service regarding OCR results, card information, price data, or interruptions or errors caused by third-party services.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory legal rules. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith.
11. Effectiveness and Contact
This EULA becomes effective when the application starts being used. Questions and requests may be sent through the support section in the application or the developer’s official communication channels.
Account Deletion and Retained Rights
This permanently deletes all binders, decks, card scans, notes, images, settings, OCR data, and all scan-related information. Your free slot allowance restarts at 20. Purchase records, subscription rights, and information that must legally be retained may be stored on our secure servers, Apple iCloud services, and/or secure cloud infrastructure we use. When you sign in again, only purchased rights are restored.
