Account and Data Deletion Policy
Official web copy of the document embedded in the current TCG Holo Binder app build.
1. Purpose
This policy regulates the processes for deleting user accounts and personal data, the rights and obligations of the parties, and retention principles.
2. Account Deletion Request
The user may request deletion of their account through the in-app account deletion feature or official support channels. Identity verification may be requested to ensure security.
3. Data That May Be Deleted
Without prejudice to legal obligations, account information, binder records, card photos, user notes, showcase layouts, surplus lists, and other user content may be deleted or anonymized.
4. Records That May Be Retained
Records that must be retained for fraud prevention, fulfillment of legal obligations, verification of purchase records, or resolution of possible legal disputes may be kept for the period allowed by applicable law.
5. iCloud and Local Data
If iCloud synchronization is enabled, data located in Apple infrastructure is managed by Apple. Data stored locally on the device may be deleted as a result of uninstalling the application or user actions.
6. Purchased Rights
Deleting an account does not automatically remove purchase records linked to the app store account. Restorable purchases may be re-verified under the rules of the relevant store.
7. Processing Time
Deletion requests are reviewed within a reasonable period. Additional verification information may be requested from the user if necessary.
8. Contact and Effectiveness
Account or data deletion requests may be sent through the support section in the application or official communication channels. This policy becomes effective on the date of publication.
Account Deletion and Retained Rights
This permanently deletes all binders, decks, card scans, notes, images, settings, OCR data, and all scan-related information. Your free slot allowance restarts at 20. Purchase records, subscription rights, and information that must legally be retained may be stored on our secure servers, Apple iCloud services, and/or secure cloud infrastructure we use. When you sign in again, only purchased rights are restored.
