1. Purpose

This notice explains the principles regarding trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property elements appearing in the application.

2. Independent Application

TCG Holo Binder is an independent collection management application. It is not the official digital application of any card game and has not been developed, licensed, approved, or endorsed by any rights holder.

3. Trademarks

Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, and other brand names belong to their respective rights holders. These names are used only to identify supported collection types.

4. User Content

The legality of card photos, notes, and other content uploaded by the user belongs to the user. The developer may remove content that is clearly found to constitute an infringement.

5. Infringement Notices

Claims of intellectual property infringement may be sent through official support channels. Requests will be reviewed within a reasonable period.

6. Updates

This notice may be updated due to application development or legal requirements.
